Friday - and It's Raining!
Hooray! It is raining and temperatures are supposed to drop to the mid-80s for a few days. Perfect knitting weather! (But all weather is perfect for knitting!)
A note about Joan's crochet classes. The last time Joan taught the basic crochet class, her students went on to make all sorts of projects -- dishcloths, facecloths, scarves, and even a basket! Joan's basic (and not-so-basic) crochet class is tomorrow morning (10:00-noon). There's still room, so give us a call or drop in to the shop.
Don't forget that you can always come in and sit and knit. This is a great, stress-free place to come and visit. And, although I'm happy to report that the heat index will be down for a few days, this is Missouri, and it is July. August is coming. If you don't want to think about it, we understand. Just remember: Hillcreek Yarn Shoppe is air conditioned and has huge bottles of cold water, just waiting for you! Oh, and lots of yarn, too! Come and join us!
